Recently, our Housing team successfully investigated a case where one of our properties was being unlawfully sublet to an unsuspecting couple.

Thanks to the team’s swift and professional action, we've regained possession of the property and returned it to our housing pool, ensuring it can now be allocated to someone with genuine need.

This outcome demonstrates our zero-tolerance approach to tenancy fraud and highlights the skills and dedication of our Housing Management and Legal teams. We take all reports of subletting seriously and act promptly on any information received.
