Tintinhull School recognised as a Better Planet School

Children observe a hedgehog house and wildlife equipment being unpacked at Tintinhull School for Better Planet Schools award.

At the start of December, Better Planet Education visited St Margaret’s CEVA Primary School in Tintinhull, Somerset, to celebrate a significant achievement.

The school has demonstrated ‘consistently fantastic commitment’ to environmental action through the Better Planet Schools programme, earning the school new equipment for its wildlife area.

Teacher Anna Anderton said:

“We are thrilled to accept this generous award and can’t wait to see how our wildlife area flourishes with these new additions. The equipment will help us provide a safe and welcoming habitat for hedgehogs, insects, and birds, supporting biodiversity right here on our school grounds.”

Congratulations to everyone at St Margaret’s!
