Certificates, Licenses, and Renewal Updates

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) recently launched the Healthcare Enforcement and Licensing Management System (HELMS). HELMS is a new licensing system for all healthcare professionals and facilities.

See below for important updates:

• You will now receive renewal notices exclusively via email. Please make sure your email is up to date with DOH to receive renewal notices.
• Professionals will no longer receive a printed copy of their license or certificates. Instead, professionals can print copies through their HELMS portal.
