You can get urgent care at in‑network community providers if you’re a Veteran enrolled in VA health care, and you received care at a VA or in-network provider in the past 24 months. To check your eligibility, call us at 800-698-2411 (TTY: 711). Select option 1, then option 3, then option 1.

• Find an in-network provider on the VA locator. When you arrive, confirm that they are in-network with a staff member. If you go to an out-of-network urgent care provider, you may have to pay the full cost of care. By law, we can’t pay claims for out-of-network providers.
