Unprovoked, an unknown suspect punched the victim and walked away.
Victim sustained a scratch on his cheek.

An argument ensued between the victim and an employee (Offender)
Offender threw a rock (no contact) and made aggressive threats.

Suspect requested a discount on cigars from cashier
When denied, suspect pushed and shoved clerk until another employee came to assist.

Offender confronted victim in the parking lot regarding his driving behavior.
Victim captured the event on cell phone video.
Offender attacked victim, placing him in a choke hold and restricting his breathing.

Victim was performing maintenance work at this location for a customer.
Victim noticed an altercation between a man and woman and attempted to assist.
The male subject deployed pepper spray, incapacitating the victim, and fled on foot.
Victim’s co-workers gave chase but lost sight of the suspect.

Offender boarded a Fairfax Connector Bus, refusing to pay or show student ID.
Victim (bus driver) asked offender to be seated while the bus was in motion.
Offender became argumentative and punched the bus driver with a closed fist.

Acquaintances had a disagreement that escalated.
Offender punched victim in the face with a closed fist (no injuries noted)

Victim was trying to maneuver his 18-wheeler in the parking lot, which upset the suspect.
Both parties exited their vehicles when the suspect pushed the victim (no injuries)
Victim retrieved a metal pipe from his truck, prompting the suspect to leave the area.

2 juveniles were fighting in the classroom
Substitute teacher (OF#1) used physical force to break up the fight and forced one student into a chair.

Suspect felt her upstairs neighbor was making too much noise
Suspect entered through unlocked door and attacked victim, knocking his phone to the ground. (No injuries)

Former friends confronted one another at a motel party
Both parties engaged in mutual pushing-shoving (no injuries)

13 year old offender threatened another juvenile with a taser.
During the investigation, offender also damaged a cruiser.

Offender was displaying erratic, concerning behavior.  A passerby asked him if he was OK.
Offender became irate, spat in the victim’s face, and threatened him with a machete.

Dispatched as an alarm, 3 suspects gained entry by smashing front glass.
16 display cases destroyed, $23,000 in perfume stolen.

Witness heard commotion and went outside to investigate.
2 males used a hammer to gain entry, defeat display cases, and steal electronic devices.
Suspects fled while witness was contacting police.

Unknnown suspect intercepted the FedEx driver away from the home, providing PII of the victim.
FedEx relinquished the package, believing suspect was the intended recipient.

Suspect climbed a fence to gain access to the TJ parking lot at 1625 hours.
He tried door handles to multiple vehicles, taking change and small items from at least 2 vehicles.
Likely not reported by all victims.
