Melissa Robinson, Management Analyst, Division of National Health Service Corps Melissa is a management analyst with the National Health Service Corps' Loan Repayment Branch, in the Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW). BHW administers health workforce programs as a part of of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources & Services Administration. Melissa joined HRSA in 2020 and she has over a decade of experience in care coordination services, customer service, and program implementation. She is responsible for application processing, making award recommendations, and responding to participants' request for assistance.

Kendric Neely, Public Health Analyst, Division of National Health Service Corps Kendric is a public health analyst with the Division of National Health Service Corps, Loan Repayment Branch, within the Bureau of Health Workforce (BHW). BHW administers health workforce programs as a part of of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Health Resources & Services Administration. He has served in this capacity for over five years. He enjoys strengthening the country's health care workforce by connecting top tier health care providers with community health centers in rural, tribal and urban locations across the country. Kendric has served in various roles within HHS for the past nine years. |
Clark Conover, MHA, Supervisor, Kansas City Office, Division of Regional Operations
Clark has worked with HRSA for 26 years. Prior to working for the Federal Government, Clark was employed for four years with State Public Policy Group in Des Moines, Iowa, working with non-profit state associations. He has a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Journalism from Iowa State University and a master of health administration degree from AT Still University, Missouri.

Sean Ludlow, DO, Citizen Potawatomi Nation Health Center
Dr. Ludlow grew up in Southeast Oklahoma and he is a member of the Choctaw Nation. He began his career as a nurse aide and subsequently a registered nurse. Dr. Ludlow earned his doctorate from Oklahoma State University in 2004 and completed residency training at Southwest Medical Center in 2008. He became emergency board certified in 2010 working at Integris Canadian Valley Hospital from 2008 to 2017. In 2018, Dr. Ludlow became the urgent care coordinator for the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. He also worked in the emergency departments at Saint Anthony, Chickasaw Nation, and the Oklahoma Heart Hospitals.
