At the restaurant, employees may redeem their certificate for one of the below options:
- Any 1 Hot Dog (Border Collie, Yorkie, Carolina Dingo, Brown Lab or Pitty), bag of Miss Vickie's chips, Plastic Bottled Soda or Bottled Water & A Cookie
- Any 1 Sausage (St. Bernard or Polish Hound), bag of Miss Vickie's chips, Plastic Bottled Soda or Bottled Water

Onsite Options
Employees will be able to redeem their certificate for any one hot dog (Border Collie, Yorkie, Carolina Dingo, Brown Lab, or Pitty), bag of Miss Vickie's chips, canned soda or bottled water, and a cookie.

At the bakery, employees may redeem their certificate for $16 worth of any items. Here are some options for consideration:
- Cake roll slice, cookie, cake roll ball, coconut macaroon, buckeye bar & cinnamon puff
- 3 cake roll slices & 1 cake roll ball
- 2 cake roll slices, 2 coconut macaroons, 2 cinnamon puffs
- 24 ounce Sip, 2 cake roll slices & a cookie
- 24 ounce Sip, cake roll slice, cake roll ball, coconut macaroon & cinnamon puff

Onsite Options
Employees will be able to redeem their certificate for the same items as if they visit the location (while items last).

On UC Taco Tuesdays when the food truck visits our locations, employees may redeem their certificate for one of the below options:
- Quesabirrias Plate: 2 Quesabirrias with a side of rice, beans & consomé
- Taco Plate: 3 Street Tacos (choice of chicken, steak or pulled pork) with rice & beans
- Quesa-Irma's Plate: 2 deep fried corn tortilla quesadillas, topped with lettuce, fresh crumbled cheese and sour cream. Served with rice & beans.
