MyChart tip sheets and resources for staff

MyChart is our new patient portal that launched alongside Epic earlier this month. Accessible as an app or a web browser, MyChart gives patients a convenient and secure way to access their patient records, see test results, letters and keep their medical information up to date.

The MyChart Kwiki page has links to lots of resources for staff, including tip sheets on proxy access, messaging, releasing information and test results to patients, and much more. Please refer to these tip sheets if you need further guidance about using MyChart for your service.
