
Epic training: support with Login Labs and EUPAs
Support is available for staff that were unable to complete either their Login Labs or their End User Proficiency Assessment (EUPA) during their face-to-face learning.
Both the Login Labs and EUPAs are vital parts of your Epic training and must be completed so you can have full access to the system on 5 October. If you haven't completed one or both of these, you can access support via:
Login Labs support
Login labs are designed to check that staff can access the live version of Epic to undertake the core tasks for their role. If you were unable to complete your Log in Lab during your face-to-face session, please do so as soon as possible. You can do this by:
EUPA support
The EUPA is the final stage of your core training and it is important that you complete this assessment to complete your Epic certification. If you were unable to complete your assessment during the face-to-face session due to technical issues, or you answered three or more questions incorrectly, you will be able to complete the assessment by logging into the College of Healthcare Learning Hub:
