This month we launched our leadership development programme. The sessions aim to develop staff’s skills in leading and supporting teams through community transformation.

The course was launched for Team Manages, Team Leaders, Pathway Leads and Divisional Operational managers. Our first cohort are community teams in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey boroughs as part of the original plans, we will run further cohorts for Camden and Islington colleagues and will send further communication on this shortly.

The bespoke learning combines a wide range of development sessions including peer to peer discussions to translate learning into real-life and individual coaching.

On Tuesday 14, sessions were held at St Anne’s Hospital in Haringey. On Wednesday 15 a session was held online.

There have been some rich discussions on dealing with change, setting team visions and influencing things we can’t directly control.

We’d like to thank NHS South, Central and West who are delivering the course. They are an NHS organisation who provide support and transformation services to health and care organisations.
