No Smoking Day 2023
Smoking is one of the biggest causes of death and illness in the UK, killing 78,000 people in the UK every year and leaving many more living with debilitating smoking-related illnesses.
Smoking also increases your risk of developing more than 50 serious health conditions; some of them fatal, and others causing irreversible long-term damage to your health.
National No Smoking Day is an annual day of awareness that takes place on the second Wednesday of March. The campaign is intended to raise awareness and highlight the health implications of smoking tobacco, for both smokers and for those who regularly spend time with smokers, such as family and friends.
This No Smoking Day why not consider getting support to leave cigarettes or e-cigarettes behind.
We know that you have the willpower to do it!
