Regional Parks is gearing up for the 2023 Swim Season and is currently hiring lifeguards and pool managers for Glen Helen and Yucaipa swim complexes for the season opener on Memorial Day weekend.

Lifeguards play an important role in ensuring a safe environment for swimmers at our pools. The training to become a lifeguard builds skills, such as self-confidence and esteem, communicating with others and learning life-saving techniques. Another benefit to lifeguarding is working outdoors, staying in shape and the sense of teamwork.

Lifeguard and/or CPR, First Aid and AED Certifications are required at the time of hire. Reimbursements for certifications may be provided by the Department.
