The commission works to champion a progressive system of seamless, accessible, and effective services that advances prevention, intervention, recovery and resiliency for individuals, families and communities. This system includes the County Department of Behavioral Health, contract agencies, private providers, community and faith-based organizations, consumer support and education groups, and other health organizations in an integrated matrix.
