San Bernardino County residents are urged to get both their COVID-19 and flu vaccines to stay safe this season. It is advised to take precautions as COVID-19 and flu cases have increased over the past weeks.

Furthermore, pediatric hospital beds are at capacity due to an increase in RSV and other respiratory illnesses.

“The best way to stay safe is by getting your flu and COVID-19 vaccine,” said County Health Officer Michael Sequeira. “They are safe and effective at preventing respiratory illnesses.”
