The Grand Total percentage of nursing visits in a Processed status is 64%. You may notice some of the waiver nursing codes have a lower percentage in a Processed status. In comparing a sampling of these visits against claims, it appears some visits are being logged incorrectly. An example is visits that are billed as Private Duty Nursing are being logged as Waiver Nursing (T1002 or T1003). Be sure you are entering the payer and service in EVV correctly when setting up the client (individual) record. For instance, if you submit billing claims for Private Duty Nursing (T1000) to ODM, then EVV should reflect ODM as the payer for those visits.
