Public and private school employees engage in a variety of professional learning opportunities throughout the school year. We are requesting your feedback on the numerous professional development opportunities offered by the Montana Office of Public Instruction (OPI). We will use the results of this survey to strategically plan OPI-directed professional learning opportunities offered during the 2021-2022 school year. This voluntary, anonymous professional learning needs survey will continue to be sent each February to as many Montana public and private school employees as possible.
This survey is open from February 1 through February 26, 2021.

The priorities selected will be used to develop the professional development offerings for the 2021-2022 school year. An analysis of the priorities and the OPI's response to the priorities will be shared on the OPI's Professional Learning website.
