The board has received complaints about osteopathic physicians violating Governor Inslee’s Stay Home Stay Healthy proclamation, 20-25, or another governor-issued proclamation.
In response to these complaints the board may provide a technical assistance letter providing information regarding the governor’s proclamations, may refer the complaint to the Department of Labor and Industries, or in cases of multiple violations, may investigate to determine if disciplinary action is necessary.
