The goal of the public hearing is to gather community input about City issues, priorities and fiscal matters before the final budget is adopted in December. June 16 is the first public hearing; however, public comments will be collected until the budget is adopted by the City Council on December 1.

In addition to public hearings, community members can voice their opinion about the budget through items from the audience at the Council’s regular business meetings on the first and third Tuesdays of the month or by email at

Two more public hearings are scheduled for October 20 and November 2.
