LYNNWOOD, WA (August 24, 2026) - Just after 11:00 p.m., Lynnwood Police officers responded to reports of shots fired at a local gas station in the 19900 block of 44th Avenue West.
Officers arrived and located an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Officers immediately began lifesaving measures; however, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
An adult male was taken into custody at the scene in connection with the shooting.
Lynnwood Police detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting, including the events leading up to the incident.
