Every year the Lynnwood Public Works Department works hard to keep our Lynnwood services and infrastructure at the highest level of excellence. Systems and programs such as water, sewers, streets and highways, stormwater management, environmental services, civic buildings operation and maintenance, fleet maintenance, and solid waste/recycling programs are the basic cornerstone of the quality of life for our community members who drive on our streets, drink water and flush toilets. The quality and effectiveness of these services, planning, design, construction and maintenance is integral to the health, safety and welfare of our community and these employees and teams are the silent, skilled heroes dedicated to guaranteeing that these essential services are always working.
