LCB Action: Alcohol Rulemaking – Trade Practice Repeal
On May 6, 2026, during its regularly scheduled meeting the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) approved the following action impacting three alcohol rules:
Trade Practice Repeal: Final rules filed (CR-103) – Effective Immediately
The Board approved the immediate repeal of WAC 314-23-065, WAC 314-23-080, and WAC 314-23-085. These rules are being repealed to align with a Washington state court decision. These rules are repealed effective immediately.
