Re:  Phase 3 Requirements and Modifications (Effective March 22, 2021)

Last week, Gov. Jay Inslee announced that Healthy Washington: Roadmap to Recovery will soon be transitioning from a regional approach to a county-by-county evaluation process. The governor also announced a new third phase of the Roadmap. Effective March 22, the entire state will enter Phase 3.

Please note the changes for Phase 3. Key requirements and modifications include:

  • The Restaurant, Tavern, Brewery, Winery and Distillery Guidance has been renamed to “Eating and Drinking Establishment Guidance;”
  • Indoor dining capacity allowed at 50%;
  • Table size increased to 10 with no household restrictions; and
  • All alcohol sale, service and consumption must cease at 12:00 a.m.

Please consult the Eating and Drinking Establishment Guidance for the full list of Phase 3 changes.  As always, please continue to check the LCB website for the most up-to-date information. Thank you.
