(Port Orchard, WA) - Utility work has been completed, and Rodarte Construction will begin work on the project on February 2, 2025. The contractor will install stormwater conveyance systems and retaining walls, pave the roadway, and finish the project by adding rumble strips and a roadway centerline. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by the end of May 2025.
During this timeframe, drivers can expect continued traffic delays. The road will maintain two-way traffic, with flagger control during work hours.
