Kitsap Haunted Fairgrounds

This October event takes place in 22,000 square feet of indoor
space spanning three buildings on the fairgrounds. The entire haunt, ticket
booth, and waiting area are indoors. Concessions are also available. The
lights-on time is specifically for young children with no scares, however
some of the scenes may still be disturbing for some.

lights in the haunt are OUT and each group is given one glow stick to help
them as they try to find their way through the haunt. If you thought the
October haunt was scary, get ready.

Annual Halloween 5K & Kid’s Dash (The Kitsap Track

Northwest’s Premier Costumed Running Event! Costumes encouraged!
The 5K Course
The
course is an accurately measured 5000 meters that loops through the Kitsap
County Fairgrounds. The course will be a mix of dirt and paved trails.
Chronomix timing will be used at finish as well as large digital clocks.
Walkers and families are encouraged to participate - course will be
well-marked and free from vehicle traffic.
Kid’s Dash
Participants
will begin immediately after the 5K run and run through the finish chutes
also. There will be 1st through 5th place ribbons in each of the events. The
age of the runners will designate the distance they run.
