The Pet Business Program is using a new permitting system called the Public Health Permit Center.
To apply for any new permits, renew permits, and more, you need to create an account in the Public Health Permit Center. You need to register with the same email address you used in the previous Environmental Health portal in order to access existing permits and plans.
For assistance with registration, see How to Use the Public Health Permit Center.

The Pet Business Program will be increasing fees by 4.17% starting January 1, 2026 to adjust for inflation. See the updated fees at: Environmental Health Fees.
