Apple Health (Medicaid) Provider Alert

Attention providers:

The Health Care Authority (HCA) updated the Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Billing Guide to align with Chapter 182-565 WAC, Subchapter IV, and to clarify room and board service utilization requirements. The guide will be published on March 6, 2026.

Revisions include:

A new section for the Community Care Hubs service
Clarification about utilization limits for Room and Board services
A new section for Room and Board-Only services
