- Pharmacy Point of Sale (POS) system and fax server will be unavailable. The outage will impact claims and faxes. Please resubmit claims or resend faxes after the maintenance window.
Saturday, June 28, 3 – 6 a.m. and Saturday, June 28, 7 p.m. to Sunday, June 29, 3 a.m.
- The Pharmacy Fax Server will be undergoing maintenance. Providers will not be able to submit faxes during this time and will need to hold faxes until after the maintenance period.
- Pharmacy Point of Sale (POS) system maintenance activity will impact pharmacy claims requiring SmartPA. If you receive claim exception code 4677 with NCPDP Reject Code 75 – ‘Prior Auth Required’ during the maintenance window, please resubmit impacted claims after the maintenance period.
