This is a final reminder that we’ve completed the updates on our mailing lists. Don’t forget to log in to your HCA account and unsubscribe, resubscribe, or subscribe to the mailing lists that work for you.

To see which mailing list corresponds to the billing guides you use, download the HCA provider mailing list catalog.

(Behavioral health providers: Subscribe to “Mental health services” and “Substance use disorder” under the “Apple Health (Medicaid) providers” category for billing guide and clinical updates ONLY. For all other behavioral health updates, including the Service Encounter Reporting Instructions (SERI) guide, make sure you are signed up for mailing lists under “Behavioral health and recovery.”)

Final cleanup

On May 1, 2025, we will remove the old mailing lists.
