This message is being shared by the Health Care Authority (HCA) on behalf of the Perinatal PCL.
The Perinatal PCL offers free provider-to-provider consultations to health care providers in Washington State. Online scheduling is now available on an ongoing basis for general perinatal psychiatry consultations and consultations that include questions about co-occurring substance use. Consultations are with Dr. Nadia Bespalova, a perinatal psychiatrist with expertise in co-occurring substance use.

Unscheduled consultations
Unscheduled perinatal psychiatry consultations remain the line’s primary service. They are available 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. on weekdays by calling (877) 725-4666.

Perinatal anxiety training

Time: Noon - 1 p.m.

Location: Virtual.
Mom's Access Project (MAP) Extension for Community Healthcare Outcome (ECHO) is a free continuing medical education (CME) accredited educational training series. This session is about treating perinatal anxiety. There will be a 30 minute lecture and then case discussion.
Registration for the entire series is required, but you are welcome to attend just one individual session.
