The Health Care Authority (HCA) is sending this bulletin on behalf of the Department of Health (DOH).
Currently there is a gap in contracted providers for services to people living with HIV in Lewis, Mason, Pierce, and Thurston counties.
Department of Health’s (DOH) Office of Infectious Disease (OID) has funding available and encourages any agency interested in providing services to complete the attached requirements document and budget forms and submit them to ID.RFARyanWhite@doh.wa.gov by February 27, 2024.
This is not a competitive process that requires scoring, committee review or a narrative application. DOH and OID have the authority in this circumstance to select providers as deemed appropriate and the requirements document will assist us in this decision.
