This is a reminder that the ProviderOne for Social Services webpage contains billing guides & resources to assist DSHS Social Services Providers with navigating the ProviderOne billing system. If additional ProviderOne assistance is required, providers may contact the Health Care Authority (HCA) by:
If a provider feels they have not received adequate support when contacting HCA, they may request that their question/issue be elevated to an HCA supervisor. The HCA supervisor will then escalate the issue to DSHS if needed.
