Attention: DSHS Social Services Providers

Thanksgiving Holiday will impact ProviderOne claims submission deadline and payment date

In observance of Thanksgiving, state offices will be closed Thursday, November 28, 2024 and Friday, November 29, 2024. As a result, DSHS Social Services Provider payments for the week of November 25, 2024 will be made on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, including the delivery of the Remittance Advice (RA).

Claim submission deadlines have been moved up to ensure that providers are able to receive payment and RAs on November 27, 2024.

The deadline for submission of claims to ProviderOne for payment during the week of Thanksgiving will be Sunday, November 24, 2024 by 5 p.m. (PST)
