Exporting your authorization lists
Last month we reviewed how to access your authorization lists in ProviderOne. This month, we will take a look at how to export your authorization lists to assist with billing.
After pulling up your authorization lists in ProviderOne, you can export the information into an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the ‘SaveToXLS’ button.
Exporting your authorization information can help with billing. You can copy data from the file and paste into the ProviderOne billing page or search fields; improving accuracy and reducing the potential for typing errors. If you use this method, be sure to export a new Excel file prior to billing for the service as authorizations may change.

ProviderOne FAQs
In ProviderOne, there are three address types associated with each of my locations. What does each address type mean?
Location address: Physical location of your business (i.e., where services are provided).
Note: You cannot have a PO Box listed for your Location address.
Mailing address: Authorization letters, contract correspondence, and other P1 notices are mailed to this address.
Pay-To address: Paper checks (warrants) and tax documents are mailed to the Pay-To address.
Note: If there is a change in ownership, make sure to update the Mailing and Pay-To addresses with your forwarding address. This ensures any final payments, tax documents, or final notices get delivered to you (if applicable) after the change in ownership.
