ELMS Update

Setting Up the 2025-26 School Year in ELMS

  • IMPORTANT: If you have not set up the new school year in ELMS yet, please do so as soon as possible. This allows us to set up GOLD for teachers before fall classes start, provide data to legislators and policymakers, and complete the Saturation Study to move forward with ECEAP expansion planning. For additional details, see the three-page instructions: Starting the New School Year in ELMS and ELMS News page.

ELMS DCYF will turn off the permissions to change site slot counts and move slots between sites in ELMS for the 2025-26 school year on Monday, Sept. 15, after 5 p.m. You can still move slots between classes at the same site. If you need to change a slot count at the site, please contact your CQI. In the spring, we will return this function to contractors to set up for the 2026-27 school year.
