National Preschool Health and Fitness Day January 30
National Preschool Health and Fitness Day is observed annually on the last Friday of January, this year on January 30, to encourage healthy habits and physical activity for preschool age children. Caregivers and educators can participate in this important day by focusing on children's healthy eating, ensuring children are up to date on health checkups and immunizations, limiting screen time, ensuring children get sufficient quality sleep, and engaging children in physical activity and regular exercise.
