Teams should share responsibility for the achievement of all students, including students with disabilities in the general education classroom, and implement inclusive and research-based practices through active co-teaching, co-planning, and co-assessing. For more information, contact Dwana Cooper, Coordinator of Specially Designed Instruction, at Dwana.Cooper@doe.virginia.gov.
