RE: Office of Child Chare Health and Safety Listening Sessions
The Office of Child Care Health and Safety (OCCHS) will host regional listening sessions to engage early childhood professionals throughout Virginia. The purpose of each regional listening session is to bring the early childhood community together to join in conversation with the OCCHS team. During these sessions, early childhood professionals may participate in discussions concerning the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff, the recently launched Virginia Annual Health and Safety Update Training for Child Care Staff, and information about the work being done to promote healthy and safe practices.
The Office of Child Care Health and Safety will be hosting listening sessions in four locations noted below. You are welcome to attend any session even if it is not in your area.
Northern/Fairfax Regions Listening Session:
