It's almost that time of year again. We are just weeks away from the Arlington County Fair. Save the date and get ready to enjoy one of the largest free events on the east coast.

• Join an online Columbia Pike Multimodal Project open house on July 10 for updates on the road construction, now in its final stretch.
  
  
• Deadline extended. Help improve safety and access at the Wilson Boulevard and N. Livingston Street Intersection. Share feedback by July 20.
  
  
• Have you seen the concept design for the RiverHouse Public Open Space redesign project? Tell us what you think of it by July 20.
  
  
• There will be a public hearing on July 25 to discuss different plans in the Arlington Housing Choice Voucher Program.
  
  
• Time is running out. Arlington groups interested in hosting National Night Out events must register by July 25 to ensure police officer attendance.

• This month, Arlington County Government began operating under a new $1.69 billion budget. Here is a quick breakdown of where the money is going.
  
  
• Heads up. Permit Arlington will be down on July 11 and July 12 for scheduled maintenance.

Catch a Movie Under the Stars

Come watch both new and classic films at Arlington Mill and Penrose Square. Movie nights start at approximately 8:30 p.m. and are shown in English with Spanish subtitles. Next up: "The Wizard of Oz" on July 11 and "Wicked" on July 12.
