Next Stop: A New-Look Metrobus
Starting Sunday, June 29, Metrobus will be transformed with new names for all routes, new destinations for some routes, and some consolidated stops.
Do you know the name of your new routes? Try these tips from WMATA:
What about ART buses? Arlington's ART bus service and stops will not change as part of WMATA's redesign. So if your usual bus is green and white, like ART 45, your route and stops will stay the same.

Arlington is conducting a study of the intersection at South George Mason Drive and South Four Mile Run Drive to explore the feasibility of two possible redesigns, including — you guessed it — a peanut shaped roundabout, or peanutabout.
