PTAB Inventor Hour - Episode 30

Are you an inventor, entrepreneur, new practitioner, or someone who wants to learn more about the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB)? Join us Thursday, July 25, at noon ET for the next PTAB Inventor Hour - Episode 30. This episode will feature a segment with a special guest, Sean Wilkerson from the USPTO Office of Public Engagement, who will talk about Invention-Con, the agency’s premier educational event for inventors.

We will also talk about what to consider when deciding whether to continue prosecution before a patent examiner or to file an ex parte appeal before the PTAB. Then, we will discuss tips for being successful in an ex parte appeal and showcase a few food-related patents for a light IP look.
