COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE RATES AND TERMS FOR USE OF CERTAIN WORKS IN CONNECTION WITH NONCOMMERICAL BROADCASTING FOR PERIOD JANUARY 1, 2013, TO DECEMBER 31, 2017 (77 FR 71104)

 

The Copyright Royalty Judges have published final regulations setting the rates and terms for use of certain works in connection with noncommercial broadcasting under section 118 of the Copyright Act.
