Library of Congress Seeks Copyright Royalty Judge
The Library of Congress seeks an attorney in good standing with a minimum of seven years’ legal experience and significant knowledge of economics to join the Copyright Royalty Board. The incumbent will participate on a three-judge panel in quasi-judicial administrative proceedings related to the determination of copyright royalty rates and terms and the distribution of collected royalties. The incumbent will also have full responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Chief Copyright Royalty Judge pursuant to chapter 8 of the copyright law. The application deadline is December 14.
