COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES INVITE COMMENTS ON RATES AND TERMS FOR NONCOMMERCIAL BROADCASTING (77 FR 38022)
The Copyright Royalty Judges are publishing for comment proposed regulations that set rates and terms under the section 118 statutory license for the period 2013 to 2017 for (1) performance of musical compositions by Public Broadcasting Service, National Public Radio, and other broadcasting entities, and (2) use of published pictorial, graphic, and sculptural works by public broadcasting entities.
