COPYRIGHT ROYALTY JUDGES ANNOUNCE RECEIPT OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO AUDIT 2008 STATEMENTS OF LASTFM, LTD. (77 FR 2571)

The Copyright Royalty Judges announce receipt of a notice of intent to audit the 2008 statements of account submitted by Lastfm, Ltd. The notice was submitted by SoundExchange, Inc., the organization charged with collecting royalty payments and statements of account and distributing royalties to copyright owners and performers entitled to receive royalties under sections 112 and 114 of the Copyright Act. CALENDAR

January 26, 2012: Due date for objections and comments regarding further distribution of 2004–09 cable and satellite royalties (76 FR 80969).

February 2, 2012: Deadline for submission of petitions to participate in rate proceeding for making of ephemeral recordings to be transmitted by entities that deliver sound recordings to business establishments (77 FR 133).
