S.D. Miss. Bankr: New Presumptive "Till" Rate – Effective January 1, 2026

The bankruptcy judges of the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi have amended the Standing Order designating a presumptive interest ("Till") rate. 

For all chapter 13 cases filed on or after January 1, 2026, the presumptive interest ("Till") rate will be 8.5%.
