Effective Date: Immediately
If a matter set for hearing in Natchez before Judge Samson settles, the moving party must report the settlement to chambers no later than 5:00 pm on the Monday before the hearing date.
If a settlement is not reported before the 5:00 p.m. Monday deadline, the parties must attend the hearing on Thursday.
