CSMS # 69915001 - Updates to ACE CATAIR Entry Summary Error Dictionary in Support of New Entry Type 13

Please be advised that an updated version of the ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V54 has been posted under Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section on CBP.gov. The updates are all in support of the new Entry Type 13 Test.

This update includes the following new errors:
   878 MNFST COMP TYP NOT VALID FOR ENTRY TYP
    879 MNFST COMP ISSUER MISSING
    880 MNFST COMP ISSUER UNKNOWN
    881 MNFST COMP ISSUER NOT ALLOWED FOR MOT
    882 MNFST COMP ID NOT VALID FOR MOT
    867 FINAL DELIVERED TO PARTY MISSING
    868 FINAL DLVR TO PARTY ADDR MISSING/INCOMP
    877 ZIP CODE UNKNOWN
   885 DUTIABLE MAIL FEE NOT ALLOWED FOR MOT

It also includes a renamed error: 
from B49 PSC NOT ALLOWED – CANNOT BE INFORMAL
to B49 PSC NOT ALLOWED - CANNOT BE INFORMAL/MAIL

And the following existing errors were updated:
