CSMS # 69298180 - Additional Implementation Guides posted for Entry Type 13 Test in ACE for U.S. Mail Processing (INT-057) and Mail Entry Type 13 Test (CBP-290)

On July 20, 2026, CBP issued CSMS 69289734 announcing the implementation of the Entry Type 13 (ET13) test through enhancements to ACE, the Automated Commercial Environment (Implementation of Entry Type 13 Test in ACE for U.S. Mail Processing, INT-057, and Mail Entry Type 13 Test, CBP-290).

In addition to the updated ACE implementation guides listed in CSMS 69289734, CBP has now published updates to the following in support of this effort:
