CSMS # 68510928 - REMINDER – ACE Portal Account Owners Can Reactivate Account Users
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) reminds Automated Commercial Environment Secure Data Portal (ACE Portal) Trade Account Owners (TAO) that TAOs can self-manage access for Proxy Trade Account Owners (PTAO) and Trade Account Users (TAU), including access reactivation. Below is an overview of the steps for reactivating account users:
- Log in to the ACE Portal as the TAO
- Select the “Tools” tab
- Select the hyperlinked name of the applicable PTAO/TAU user
- Click the “Reactivate” button
TIP: After reactivating a user, direct the user to log in to the ACE Portal to confirm access.
