CSMS # 68290408 - Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2607

Harmonized System Update (HSU) 2607 was created on April 5, 2026, and contains 116 harmonized tariff records and 519 Automated Broker Interface (ABI) records.

This HSU contains updates pertaining to the Section 232 duties on imports of aluminum, steel, and copper effective April 6, 2026. For more information or guidance, please see proclamation Strengthening Actions Taken to Adjust Imports of Aluminum, Steel and Copper into the United States and CSMS # 68253075.

Additionally, this HSU includes updates that the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have each made to their respective HTS flags. Specifically, EPA removed 8 EP5 and EP7 flags, added 19 EP5 and EP7 flags, and added 1 EP6 tariff flag. The FDA tariff flag FD3 was also changed to FD2 for HTS 3001.90.0150 Glands and other organs, dried, whether or not powdered: Other than Liver.
